RoofOne, part of the Bone Dry family, is seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join their growing team. As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties through professional roofing repairs and service.
Responsibilities include evaluating roofing systems, identifying damage or areas of concern, recommending solutions, and performing repairs that meet company quality and safety standards. You will work independently, using a company-provided vehicle, and be required to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, and complete physically demanding tasks.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening are also required.
Benefits include:
- Compensation with a base equivalent of $36k for the first 2-4 weeks, followed by 100% commission with annual earnings potential ranging from $60k to over $100k
