Business Operations & Process Improvement Intern

As a Business Operations & Process Improvement Intern, you'll work alongside our global IP Group Program Management team, tackling meaningful projects that make a difference:

• Manage and organize important data in our business systems
• Create helpful guides, templates, and resources for your teammates
• Dive into data, build reports, spot trends, and help the team understand what the numbers are telling us about our projects and operations
• Identify tasks that could be automated using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps
• Collaborate globally with experienced program managers across different countries

You'll need:

• Current studies in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication in English, both in writing and speaking
• Curiosity and proactivity

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or automation tools
• Interest in AI and productivity
• Exposure to project management
• Curiosity about digital transformation
