As a Store Operations Specialist (e-Commerce), you will manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations across 40 global markets, ensuring consistency, compliance, and localization. You will drive SOP improvements, workflow automation, and AI adoption while partnering with eCommerce Sales Specialists on data-driven merchandising to maximize conversion and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage e-commerce operations across 40 countries, focusing on consistency, compliance, and localization.
  • Improve operational SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Drive automation, personalization, and AI-powered enhancements.
  • Lead product lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Sales Specialists on data-driven merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure accurate product data governance.
  • Oversee site enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e-commerce operations.
  • Handle escalated customer feedback and operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online merchandising.
  • Experience managing multi-market or global e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of website architecture, UX principles, and conversion optimization.
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
