Parts Service Team Member

We are seeking a Parts Service Team Member to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Zug in Rotkreuz.

As a Parts Service Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Serving and advising internal and external customers
• Managing daily business in the spare parts warehouse
• Checking supplier invoices and verifying them accordingly
• Presenting and actively selling Porsche Lifestyle products and Tequipment in the Porsche Centre
• Actively contributing to achieving the spare parts sales target according to budget
• Optimising the ordering process
• Handling returns in accordance with specifications
• Conducting inventory in accordance with specifications
• Planning and implementing inventory management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist in automotive logistics or a comparable qualification with an automotive technical background
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good German language skills, ideally with French and English language skills
• A valid category B driving licence
• Confident demeanour and good communication skills
