Description
We are seeking a Community Relationship Analyst to join our Outreach team. As a Community Relationship Analyst, you will play a critical role in engaging adults on Medicare in the community to drive new patient growth. You will build relationships with community leaders to create opportunities for the Outreach team to engage with Medicare eligible adults.
Core Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach/Engagement:
+ Research and understand the landscape of influencers and community partners in your respective market. + Prospect and cold call local businesses in your assigned territory. + Impact patient acquisition and lead generation targets for each center in your assigned territory. + Work with local leaders to identify opportunities to further expand and develop new channels of patient growth. + Collaborate with the Regional Partnership Manager to build and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents.
- Account Management:
+ Build and nurture relationships with local leaders to create long-term alliances with mutually beneficial outcomes. + Act as the point of contact for both the Outreach Team and community partners. + Maintain regular touchpoints and contact with key stakeholders. + Oversee cross-collaboration initiatives with key stakeholders and review the success of initiatives.
- Event Planning:
+ Develop and manage a 6+ week forward-looking calendar of events across assigned territory with local leaders. + Coordinate all details of the events to ensure they are engaging and drive lead generation. + Clearly communicate objectives, strategy, and expectations for each event.
- Sales:
+ Generate field account engagement by proactively working with local leaders on community outreach opportunities. + Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs. + Plan lead generation and community engagement at least 2 weeks in advance.

- Previous experience in account or community engagement.
- Comfort with cold calling and prospecting in a business-to-business environment.
- Comfortable with daily accountability on key metrics.
- Unique ability to adapt and overcome external relationship issues for positive outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work proactively to generate new growth opportunities.
- Public speaking combined with strong written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary).
- US work authorization.
