Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll work through the night during the Christmas period. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working flexibly across various areas of the store
- Contributing to a positive team environment
- Meeting strong customer demand head-on
As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and a team player. You'll be expected to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
