Description
Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Windows Systems Administration. The successful candidate will join the Identity Security Operations and Delivery team, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and global hybrid Active Directory deployment.
The role involves leading operations and delivery of enterprise identity solutions, securing human and non-human identities, enabling enterprise identity lifecycle management, configuring application single sign-on and provisioning, and supporting a Zero Trust security posture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering end-to-end SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0
- Implementing and managing SCIM provisioning for SaaS applications
- Securing human and non-human identities through modern authentication protocols
- Defining and maintaining authorization models
- Automating identity operations and administration using scripting and platform APIs
- Supporting a hybrid multi-forest Microsoft AD infrastructure
- Maintaining the identity security posture
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years specializing in Identity & Access Management, deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, and experience with core IAM protocols.
