Principal Privacy Product Manager, Health AI

Microsoft AI is seeking a Principal Privacy Product Manager for its Health vertical. This role involves designing and implementing privacy strategies for health AI products, such as Copilot Health and frontier AI model development.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in health data and privacy, as well as experience working with engineering, clinical, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Guide privacy decisions across the product experience, including feature design and user flows.
• Set and prioritize privacy controls for health AI scenarios and translate them into engineering requirements.
• Lead privacy design reviews for health AI features, including data handling and user-facing transparency.
• Own data governance expectations across the health product lifecycle.
• Monitor emerging health and data policy developments and drive changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• 6+ years of experience disrupting a market with a product or feature.
• 4+ years of experience creating and maintaining compliance programs.

Preferred qualifications include experience in health privacy, health policy, and health data governance, as well as working knowledge of health regulations and industry frameworks.
