Sr. User Experience Engineer

Logitech is seeking a Senior User Experience Engineer to join the Console & SDK team. The team is responsible for defining how users interact with Logitech's workflow-focused products, extensibility platforms, developer experiences, and future ecosystem capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be a systems-oriented thinker who enjoys solving complex interaction challenges and simplifying them into intuitive experiences. They will be equally comfortable designing device customization experiences, workflow tools, automation systems, SDK experiences, developer-facing tools, and AI-powered capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design software experiences for MX Creative Keypad, MX Creative Dialpad, and future workflow-focused Logitech products.
• Create intuitive experiences that help users discover, customize, and master their devices.
• Design scalable interaction patterns that seamlessly connect physical controls with software experiences.
• Shape productivity and creative workflows by designing experiences that help users work faster, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new ways of working.
• Build ecosystem and extensibility experiences that connect Logitech products to broader user workflows.
• Drive innovation through AI by exploring future concepts around AI, automation, personalization, workflow acceleration, and intelligent experiences.
• Leverage modern design and prototyping workflows to accelerate exploration, validation, and communication.
• Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong UX design experience with expertise in consumer-facing desktop and mobile software applications.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including Components, Variables, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Dev Mode.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes using both design and code-based approaches.
• Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Swift, Python, or similar technologies are a strong plus.
