Description
HSBC México is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico.
As a Branch Manager, your primary function will be to improve customer service experience through the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maximise team performance
- Strengthen relationships with customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Provide training to branch executives
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Team management
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance
- Knowledge of existing regulations
- Certification in AMIB, Figure 1, 2, and 3
- Minimum three years of experience in the financial sector
- Experience in other segments (Retail, Premier, Advance)
- Knowledge of financial mathematics
