Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing at Netlify, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and agency relationships. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to ensure paid-acquired users convert and stick.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy across channels like paid search, social, retargeting, and sponsorships.
• Identify areas where paid creates incremental value and design tests to prove channel effectiveness.
• Manage agency relationships, set targets, and decide what to bring in-house.
• Plan, pace, and report on budget and ROI for paid spend.
• Partner with Marketing Operations on attribution and UTM tracking.
• Define target audiences and channel mixes aligned to Netlify's ICP.
• Build a measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle and Campaigns to ensure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding journeys.
• Develop a roadmap for a fully staffed paid/performance team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
• Hands-on experience running paid search, social, and retargeting programs.
• Proven track record of standing up or scaling a paid acquisition program.
• Experience managing external agency relationships and setting performance expectations.
• Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement.
• Familiarity with marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion.
