Description
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team at The Goodwood Estate. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in transforming business objectives and user requirements into impactful user journeys. You will design intuitive experiences, craft compelling visuals, and turn concepts into actionable solutions.
The majority of your work will involve designing and prototyping - testing components, templates and user flows for our websites, whilst also working alongside our UX Manager to identify opportunities and drive change. Together, with the support of agency partners, you’ll be crafting high-quality designs, creating accessible experiences for our customers and fans across the entire spectrum of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and prototyping user experiences
- Validating and iterating on designs using research and data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Creating accessible and high-quality designs
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in UI design, including interaction design
- Exceptional UI design skills with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles
- Experience using AI tools to enhance and accelerate design processes
- Portfolio showcasing previous work
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
