Tax Senior Manager

We shape the tax governance and tax reporting of Porsche AG and the Porsche Group.

As a Tax Senior Manager, you will actively design central international tax issues of the Porsche Group.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess complex national and cross-border tax situations in international tax law
• Represent the tax interests of the Porsche Group in international issues related to internal performance relationships
• Apply for, accompany and support advance pricing agreements (APAs) and mutual agreement procedures (MAPs) with national and international tax authorities
• Create, review and continuously develop transfer pricing documentation and tax specifications for international group relationships
• Accompany group-wide projects from a tax perspective, assess their tax implications and control the implementation and monitoring of derived measures
• Work closely with domestic and foreign tax authorities, external consultants and internal departments to develop sustainable solutions for international tax issues

Requirements:

• Completed degree in business administration, economics or law
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a tax department of an industrial company or a tax consulting firm
• Sound knowledge of international tax law, particularly transfer prices, cross-border group relationships, withholding taxes, permanent establishments and double taxation issues
• Safe handling of MS Office and SAP
• Ability to quickly penetrate complex issues and systematically structure them
• High claim to your work and intelligent use of resources
• Very good German and good English skills
