Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bristol Cabot Circus store. You'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and enhancing the customer experience using digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
Requirements:
- Passion for M&S Food products and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Digital confidence and willingness to learn
- Flexibility and adaptability
Working hours:
- Monday 14:00-22:00
- Tuesday 14:00-22:00
- Thursday 14:00-22:00
- Saturday 14:00-22:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
