Regional On Premise Manager

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to lead our team in Monterrey, Mexico.

As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for driving the On Premise volume and development of the Red Bull brand in your assigned region. You will lead a team of Musketeers, manage resources, and optimize business plans to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Live and promote the Red Bull On Premise culture
• Communicate effectively with Musketeers, National On Premise Manager, and other stakeholders
• Activate events and ensure high-quality execution
• Manage and develop your area, including route planning and outlet coverage
• Build relationships with key On Premise partners
• Develop and implement regional On Premise marketing strategies
• Train, coach, and motivate your team
• Seek out new opportunities and secure existing ones
• Manage budgets and fulfill reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar
• 3-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success
• 2-3 years of management experience in the On Premise beverage industry
• Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills
• Fluency in English
• Driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
