Senior Analyst_Group Operations

Prudential Health India is seeking a Senior Analyst_Group Operations to join their team.

As a Senior Analyst_Group Operations, you will participate in designing customer and distributor lifecycle journeys and testing relevant business applications as a user. You will work with technology testing partners, review test documentation, and execute user acceptance testing activities. You will also develop processes, procedures, and documentation to support the successful transition of projects in business-as-usual mode.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in designing customer and distributor lifecycle journeys and testing relevant business applications as a user
• Work with technology testing partners, review test documentation, and execute user acceptance testing activities
• Develop processes, procedures, and documentation to support the successful transition of projects in business-as-usual mode
• Work in close collaboration with technology organization in designing and delivering tools/solutions that exceed customer onboarding expectations
• Become a bridge between various business functions – Product, Technology, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Compliance to deliver Customer and Distributor Promise
• Own technology applications and ensure both business requirements and unit tests are executed with efficacy
• Conceptualize and incorporate exception management processes to identify and remediate Service Delivery failures
• Implement process controls to avoid regulatory, reputational, or financial breaches

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute
• Solid foundation in Insurance Operations
• Deep functional understanding of Technology and Digital solutions
• Ability to think on your feet and navigate through the ecosystem to deliver solutions
• Obsessed with providing Customer delight moments and influencing stakeholders
• Highly driven individual who goes the extra mile to deliver an outstanding product
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment using agile methodologies
