As a Teamleider Winkel at Coolblue, you will provide expert product advice to customers and lead a team to ensure excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist product knowledge to customers
- Leading and coaching colleagues on the shop floor
- Handling complex customer queries
- Working with the team to improve the Coolblue store every day
- Sharing ideas with the Storemanager
The salary for this role is between € 2.891,- and € 3.091,- per month, based on 40 hours.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role in a store
- Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing)
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag ( Certificate of Good Conduct)
