- Refine Workflows: Explore modern design tooling and emerging workflows to streamline prototyping and handoff processes.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience designing digital product or game interfaces as a UX designer, UI designer, or product designer.
- A portfolio showcasing high-fidelity visual design, interaction design, layout hierarchy, and design system work.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, such as Figma or equivalent applications.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineers through design implementation and design review cycles.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Understanding of user-centered design processes and experience conducting or participating in usability testing.
- Experience designing gameplay UI or interface systems for PC/console platforms (such as Steam or Epic Games Store) is beneficial.
The ideal candidate is curious, open-minded, and thrilled by exploring fresh concepts and tailoring them for game development. If you are a passionate, creative, and communicative individual who is deeply invested in innovating across new domains of gaming, Electronic Arts wants you on their team.
