Description
NVIDIA, a leader in AI computing, is seeking an Interposer Automation Engineer. You will build flows and methodologies that automate interposer design, validate design rules, and accelerate workflows for interposer designers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop VLSI flows and methodologies for interposer design
- Create applications to enable project engineers with an emphasis on maintainability and ease of use
- Develop flows/tools and methodologies to construct, analyze, and validate interposer designs
- Optimize daily workflows for top interposer designers
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of flow and methodology development experience
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering workflows
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals relevant to VLSI interposer design
