Description
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer with strong expertise in Embedded Linux, C/C++ programming, and embedded systems development. The ideal candidate will develop high-performance software for networking platforms and collaborate closely with hardware and firmware teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for Linux-based systems.
- Develop high-quality software using C, C++, and Python (intermediate proficiency).
- Work on Embedded Linux, RTOS, and driver development.
- Collaborate with hardware teams on software integration and system bring-up.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance software performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and software design discussions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Embedded Software Development.
- Proficiency in C and C++.
- Good understanding of embedded systems architecture.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python.
- Extensive knowledge of L2 protocols (VLAN, 802.1x, LAG, etc.) and Ethernet switching in Data path.
- Networking protocols is preferred.
- MACsec is an asset.
