Sourcing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team in Shanghai, China.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will independently carry out sourcing activities, considering their impact on the end-to-end supply chain. You will execute sourcing tactics of varying complexity, participate in sourcing and category commodity strategy formulation, and analyze complex sourcing and procurement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting complex analysis of markets, supply chains, and supply base to improve sourcing processes
• Identifying qualified suppliers and executing sound source selection processes
• Maintaining regular interface with suppliers and managing supplier relationships
• Analyzing complex sourcing and procurement initiatives to deliver cost-effective and high-quality goods and services
• Preparing and presenting recommendations to senior procurement/sourcing leadership

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A college, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant field
• Intermediate level of related work experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
• Experience with procurement policies, procedures, and tools
