National Account Executive (Co-op) (12 Months FTC)

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive (Co-op) to be field-based in the UK on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the Business Unit Controller (BUC) and National Account Manager (NAM) and is responsible for achieving volume, share, profit, and revenue targets within Co-op. The NAE will also work closely with the wider channels, national account teams, supply chain, finance, customer marketing, and category management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver growth targets driven by business plans aligned with customer and Red Bull priorities
• Evaluate activity within accounts and apply learnings
• Forecast, drive growth, and track development of accounts to inform business decisions
• Ensure accurate forecasts of base and promotional volume and point of sale material
• Proactively manage customer contact strategy to drive account growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Field Sales, Category, Logistics, Finance, and Brand & Shopper teams
• Become an expert in Category, Consumer, and Customer, covering both customer and Red Bull
• Use insights to make informed decisions and drive business growth
• Be a brand advocate for Red Bull, mirroring brand values to enhance brand perception

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achievement in a commercial environment
• Experience building and managing complex relationships
• Experience of negotiating and running joint business plans
• Excellent communication, time management, organisational, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle, evaluate, and utilise sales data and insights effectively
• Self-starter with a focus on results and customer
