Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.
We’re seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide five-star service at pace to our customers
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise our digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment
You will be working early mornings, with shifts between 6:00am and 10:00am, and occasionally as early as 5:00am. During the lead-up to Christmas, hours will increase to 40 hours per week.
You must be available to work between 20 and 24 December 2026, and on 26 and 27 December 2026.
In return, you will receive a + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
