Contract Manager

We are seeking a first-class Contract Manager to support the ElevenLabs Legal team on a range of commercial contracting matters.

The successful candidate will negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements. They will maintain contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign, coordinate commercial legal assignments, and support contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments).
• Maintain contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign.
• Coordinate commercial legal assignments by acting as an administrator for the legal team’s ticketing system through Ironclad.
• Support contract negotiations and assist with template/playbook updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department.
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new tools and products.
• Assist with corporate and IP filings, including maintaining records for U.S. and international subsidiaries.
• Participate in special projects including corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a contract manager (in-house experience at a tech or SaaS company preferred).
• Experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations with complex legal requests.
• Strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance.
• Experience supporting international entities and global teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS/AI contracting considerations is a plus.
• Proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign) or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
