On Trade Consultant (Mosquetero)

We are seeking an experienced On Trade Consultant (Mosquetero) to join our team.

As a Mosquetero, you will embody the Red Bull brand in the On Premise business, living and breathing the nightlife, and developing strong relationships with key consumers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and protect accounts in your region through continuous business analysis
• Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in your territory through negotiation and execution with clients
• Identify, nurture, and develop local and regional On Premise accounts through effective route planning
• Collaborate with the distributor's sales force to achieve adequate numerical distribution
• Conduct regular training with staff to ensure correct understanding of the brand
• Implement commercial agreements based on win-win relationships
• Prepare and submit various reports on time
• Manage the local On-premise channel budget, planning and monitoring resource usage
• Execute On Premise marketing strategies using suitable tools to drive vertical growth
• Ensure marketing tools are used according to international guidelines
• Differentiate the brand through innovative support

Requirements:

• Completed higher education
• Experience in On Premise and/or Events
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
