Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Leatherhead, Dorking and surrounding areas.
You will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs. You will consult and engage with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
Your main duties will include:
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
- Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
- Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring that work is completed in line with KPIs.
- Making recommendations based on survey findings.
Essential requirements include a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
