Manager (Alumni) - Development and Alumni Office

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager for Alumni Relations to join our team at HKUST. This role will focus on enhancing engagement with our alumni community, both locally and internationally, fostering strong connections that transcend borders.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to boost communication through various channels, including a comprehensive eNewsletter, website and mobile APP, ensuring our alumni are informed, engaged, and inspired.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance alumni engagement
• Craft compelling content for various channels
• Plan and execute alumni events

Qualifications:

• Recognized bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of work experience, preferably in marketing or the education sector
• Experience in event management would be an advantage
