Associate, Cross Border Operations (First Mile) 跨境物流专员（国内运输）

We are seeking an Associate, Cross Border Operations (First Mile) to join our team in Guangzhou, China.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Tracking and monitoring shipments, providing timely updates on delivery status and addressing any issues that may arise
• Coordinating with domestic warehouses to arrange shipments, creating shipping rules and continually improving processes to ensure optimal delivery methods
• Analyzing and controlling logistics costs, collecting and comparing data on various logistics channels
• Regularly gathering quotes from logistics suppliers, verifying price accuracy and recommending cost-effective options
• Collaborating with warehouses and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• University diploma or higher, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, E-commerce or related fields
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce or logistics industries is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and teamwork mentality
• Proficient in office software, basic English skills (IELTS 4-6 level is a plus)

The salary range for this position is ¥6,000 - ¥8,000 per month.
