Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team as a Freelance Brand Expert in the Coachella Valley area, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Hesperia, La Quinta, and Apple Valley.
As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team, requiring strong artistry, sales, and service skills. You will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. Your goal will be to deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy and contribute to building an amazing beauty business. You must be sales-driven and have experience in beauty and retail.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
- Achieve sales targets by creating an amazing experience and providing exemplary service
- Reflect the brand values and customer base
- Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury
- Execute corporate events within Sephora and Ulta
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain a positive and cooperative approach
- Train and educate Beauty Advisors within various retailers, including Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Blue Mercury
- Ensure the counter is customer-ready, maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, and assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns
- Manage your schedule and submit time sheets on the payroll application (AllWork)
