Processing Operator II

As a Processing Operator II, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process and meeting production and quality standards. You will work in a 5-shift system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the production process to ensure production and quality targets are met;
• Operate, adjust, and maintain production lines;
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines and assist the technical team with larger maintenance tasks or process issues;
• Identify and address process deviations;
• Conduct quality control checks on machines;
• Inform relevant personnel and take corrective action as needed;
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and food safety standards are maintained, including cleaning and machine maintenance according to protocols;
• Report production data.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in process technology and/or the food industry;
• Completed MBO level 3 or 4 operator training or willingness to pursue it;
• Knowledge of SAP and HACCP is preferred;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, social skills, flexibility, and problem-solving attitude;
• Pragmatic, result-oriented, and enjoys working.
