Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content for its observability products. The successful candidate will work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for various products and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content
- Use AI tools and workflows to improve content creation and accuracy
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to understand product requirements
- Test and validate documented procedures
- Analyse data and user feedback to prioritise content gaps
- Manage multiple projects and communicate effectively
- Mentor teammates and share best practices
Requirements:
- Experience writing for enterprise or developer-facing software
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and models in writing workflows
- Familiarity with docs-as-code and GitHub
- Comfort working in technical environments
- Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers
- Ability to work remotely and asynchronously

Salary Range: EUR 73,000 - 88,000
