Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll be working early mornings, Wednesday to Sunday, 04:00-10:30, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and contribute to a positive in-store environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to drive sales growth
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities within the store
