Physical Therapist (PT) Float

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Float to join our innovative team at Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh: Fond du Lac Campus. As a float therapist, you will be provided with training and resources to treat patients at outpatient clinic locations within a 45-minute radius of your home.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret physician referrals and complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations
• Establish a plan of care and implement individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting the treatment plan as needed
• Plan for and complete patient discharge, including providing written home programs and patient/family teaching
• Complete all required documentation, including patient progress notes and discharge summaries
• Participate in performance improvement activities and pursue professional growth through continuing education

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist license issued by the state in which you practice (Wisconsin or Illinois)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $41.10 - $61.65 per hour
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for full-time new hires or $5,000 for part-time new hires
