On Premise Executive (Musketeer)

We are seeking an On Premise Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to join our team in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world, building strong relationships, connecting with key people, and creating new opportunities to drive business and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with like-minded individuals in strategic hotels, including concierge, bart managers, beverage directors, and F&B directors.
• Be recognized as a credible and knowledgeable person within the On Premise channel.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the hospitality environment.
• Develop relationships with key industry players, such as hospitality stakeholders, F&B leaders, concierge managers, event organizers, and wedding planners.
• Ensure product availability and premium execution of High 5 events.
• Negotiate and execute activations, seeking proactive opportunities to implement creative elements that drive the Red Bull image and compensate investment.
• Identify and execute experiential and creative opportunities, including corporate conferences and weddings throughout the year.
• Develop and protect On Premise accounts in the assigned territory.
• Analyze the territory and specific business of each account to identify opportunities and drive distribution.
• Ensure correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and product portfolio within the territory.
• Establish volume objectives with each account, including execution of Red Bull KPIs.
• Review business volume and initiatives to develop the business permanently.
• Foster collaboration with the local distributor's sales force to achieve adequate numerical distribution.
• Conduct periodic Staff Educations/Energizers to ensure brand knowledge, perfect product service, and optimal pricing.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and influence different audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and proactivity, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
• Valid driver's license and availability to drive as part of the role.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
