Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Site Identification Lead to join their Clinical Solutions team. The successful candidate will act as primary contact and team leader for the site identification process for awarded or ongoing trials and/or standalone feasibility projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all Site Identification activities to ensure quality, on-time deliverables that are within budget
- Understand and translate protocol requirements to develop the ideal site profile, in collaboration with Sponsor and key cross-functional leads
- Develop the Site Identification plan, including negotiation and finalization of supporting documents
- Lead the technical and operational site identification aspects of global projects, including tracking and weekly reporting of project deliverables
- Manage site identification related resources, including requesting country level resources, communicating changes to resource requirements, and providing oversight to local country resources
- Analyze survey data and produce final site identification deliverable, including site identification recommendations
- Ensure site identification team is updating and maintaining all project-required systems
Qualifications
- BA/BS in the biological sciences or related discipline
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, contract research organization or clinical research site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and work independently and as part of a team
