Description
NVIDIA is searching for a creative and highly motivated Enterprise AV Design & Collaboration Engineer to design and implement world-class conference rooms and event spaces. In this on-site role, you will engineer seamless experiences and manage critical logistics to enable teams to build the future of AI.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical domain expert for the global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of sophisticated Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of AV infrastructure, including Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor relationships.
- Work closely with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings to final commissioning.
- Provide Tier 3 solving and operational support, resolving intricate hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems.
- Design and support the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture and complex dial plans.
- Drive API-led automation, develop custom macros/UI extensions, and integrate AV with smart-building systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Audio Visual engineering, design, and support within an enterprise environment.
- Deep technical expertise in configuring and fixing AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast) and how they apply to AV traffic.
- Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
