Technical Program Manager

At Databricks, you will shape the future of big data and machine learning for leading Fortune 500 organisations.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of services across multiple projects in the ASEAN and Greater China Region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of project administration and delivery across numerous concurrent projects
• Defining, managing, scoping, and mitigating risks across projects
• Enforcing project reporting, milestone tracking, and financial management of engagements
• Working with account management and customer teams to complete handover from sales to delivery teams
• Ensuring accurate reporting on projects and keeping all relevant parties up-to-date with project activity and success

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing and overseeing big data projects with teams of up to 5 people
• Experience in managing enterprise-scale projects, ideally within the big data and analytics industry domain
• Industry project management techniques, including agile project delivery and PMI/PRINCE/AGILE certification
• Good communication and analytical skills, with the ability to mentor team members
• Strong commercial focus, with experience managing both T&M and Fixed Price project engagements
