Control Tower Associate I

As a Control Tower Associate I at ShipBob, you will join the growing Control Tower team responsible for understanding the unique strategic needs of Midmarket merchants and delivering massive value to help facilitate their growth and success.

You will work closely with merchants, merchant success team members, and other ShipBob departments to deliver best value. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting merchants to create Warehouse Receiving Orders (WROs) for inbound shipments as per Operations protocol
• Resolving UROs (Unidentified Receiving Orders) on behalf of the merchants
• Reviewing bill of Lading, manufacturer packing slips, and creating Warehouse Receiving Orders for inbound shipments
• Creating and managing internal/external inventory transfers
• Creating and tracking B2B orders, Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders, work orders, and disposal/donation
• Scheduling dock appointments for inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitoring the merchant app daily for red flags and collaborating with the merchant and/or ShipBob departments
• Providing custom reporting to the merchant using available tools
• Creating bill of lading, parcel shipping labels, and pallet labels
• Supervising and coordinating with ShipBob operations for shipping of B2B/retail orders
• Building solid relationships with Implementation teams and internal customers
• Escalating urgent issues timely
• Complying with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and deliver results
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks
