Description
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems. The goal is to ensure that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements
- Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and resolve potential issues
- Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency
- Implement secure configurations and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IT infrastructure requirements and devise solutions
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations
Requirements:
- Demonstrated practical experience with SRE practices, including programming skills
- Advanced fault analysis capabilities and troubleshooting skills
- Passion for continuous improvement through data insights
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and conduct blameless retrospectives
- Curiosity for understanding complex systems and their sociotechnical interactions
Highly valued skills:
- Deep understanding of systems engineering, including operating systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with observability tools and techniques
- Interest in innovative uses for artificial intelligence
