Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 14:00-18:00. However, due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing five-star customer service at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive team environment
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
