Till Assistant - Seasonal Temp

Our tills assistants are key to our success during the seasonal period, with it being the busiest time of the year for us!

As a Till Assistant, you will be ready to jump straight into a fast-paced environment and have the focus and communication skills to work as part of a team to ensure the smoothest experiences for our customers.

You will be expected to confidently upsell our campaign and charity products, help customers with queries, and make every purchase a perfect way to end a shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Confidently upselling campaign and charity products
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working as part of a team to achieve store goals
• Maintaining a clean and inviting till area
• Handling transactions efficiently
• Being the go-to for customer queries
• Participating in training sessions

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
