You'll be a resilient and confident brand ambassador who's ready to serve our customers and sell our latest fashion items.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing style advice and excellent customer service
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Keeping standards high while balancing speed and accuracy
- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues
- Adapting to changing situations and priorities
We offer a flexible working environment, with varying shifts, including Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you may be required to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
