Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at West Park Darlington. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and drive growth in sales.
Job Details:
- Work Pattern: Thursday 20:00 - 06:00, Friday 22:00 - 06:00, Saturday 22:00 - 06:00, Sunday 22:00 - 06:00
- Under 18 disclaimer: Due to health and safety legislation, applicants must be 18+.
- Unsocial Premium: +£3.00 p/h for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
- Additional Shifts: May be required to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products.
- Utilise digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices.
