Description
Logitech is seeking a Regional Channel Account Manager to own and grow its partner ecosystem across a defined U.S. territory.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in channel sales, partner management, or regional business development, ideally within technology.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow your territory, managing a portfolio of partners and prioritizing those with the greatest opportunity for growth.
- Find new opportunities, proactively identifying whitespace, new partners, and new customers.
- Build strong partner relationships, becoming a trusted resource to local VARs and integrators.
- Partner with the national channel team to build coordinated regional engagement plans.
- Create joint business plans with strategic partners and drive execution against them.
- Connect partners, customers, and Logitech, working closely with sellers and cross-functional teams.
- Know your market, mapping the regional partner landscape and identifying strengths, gaps, and emerging opportunities.
- Tell compelling stories, creating engaging presentations and partner/customer narratives.
- Own your pipeline, maintaining accurate opportunity and pipeline data.
- Bring the technology to life, confidently demonstrating Logitech solutions and communicating their business value.
- Help us get better, aggregating field and partner feedback and identifying opportunities to improve.
Key Qualifications:
- Significant, proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or regional business development.
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver measurable partner growth.
- A hunter mindset with the ability to identify whitespace and develop new relationships.
- Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) solutions and a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
- Strong relationship-management skills with professional, responsive follow-through.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills.
- Experience managing complex or long sales cycles.
- Strong Salesforce/CRM discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- The ability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and articulate technology and business-value propositions.
- Creativity in engaging partners, marketing solutions, and creating demand.
- Comfort using tools such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities while effectively leveraging internal resources.
- A collaborative mindset and proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- The energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, growing business.
