Staff Product Manager - Okta Identity Governance

As a Staff Product Manager at Okta, you will play a crucial role in taking the Okta Identity Governance product to the next level.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to understand pain points with governance, compliance, and access management
• Defining and executing the roadmap for the Okta Identity Governance platform
• Setting product strategy and vision for your product area and evangelizing it to internal and external stakeholders
• Leading a scrum team of stellar engineers and delivering key features with high quality in the communicated timelines
• Staying on top of the latest innovations and competitive landscape

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a willingness to learn, and partner closely with engineers, architects, design, and other cross-functional product teams across Okta.

The annual base salary range for this position varies depending on location:

• San Francisco Bay Area: $217,000-$298,000 USD
• California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $194,000-$266,000 USD
