Senior Operations Recruiter

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI. We're looking for a Senior Operations Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and recruit for technical and operational roles across Supply Chain and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit for Operations org, including Supply Chain, IT, and other niche roles
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and staffing strategies
• Own the candidate experience and ensure it reflects CoreWeave's values and culture
• Utilize data and analytics to track progress and optimize funnel performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Compensation, and Onboarding teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven success filling multiple, concurrent roles with tight deadlines
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS platforms
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with the ability to report and analyze pipeline metrics
