Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC

Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer for its EA SPORTS™ FC team in Vancouver, Canada. This is a temporary position lasting 12 months, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring on-site work three times a week.

As an Assistant Producer, you will work closely with the production, product management, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling live content for EA SPORTS FC. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating real-world football events into live content ideas and plans
• Developing live content plans and strategies to retain and engage players
• Creating, verifying, and publishing live content using custom tools
• Collaborating with the quality verification team to ensure high-quality content
• Working with other producers to meet deadlines and targets
• Establishing and improving processes to make life easier for the Content Production team

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience working on a live service product
• High attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Good eye for game quality and advocacy for the end-user experience
• Familiarity with football (soccer) and its leagues
• Experience with game production tools and project management software
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
• Knowledge of in-game economy management and power curve balancing
