As a Trading Manager at Morrisons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked, providing a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.
You will report directly to the Store Manager and bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences, planning promotions, and acting on customer feedback to maintain high standards.
- Managing shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, and providing training to help colleagues work flexibly across departments.
- Driving performance and availability by guiding colleagues to work towards operational and sales targets.
- Planning resources, managing daily team routines, and building strong relationships with other store departments.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment, be confident in running shifts and handling daily trading priorities, and be able to step up as Manager in Charge when required. You should also be a natural communicator, able to share knowledge and deal with everyday challenges calmly.
