Senior Local Product Engineer

As a Senior Local Product Engineer at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between hardware build, NPI phase, and high-volume manufacturing.

You will supervise product engineering activities in contract manufacturing lines, working closely with various groups across the networking organization, including Hardware/Software/Firmware R&D, Architecture, Test Engineering, Quality & Reliability, and Operations groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to address quality events and failure modes, coordinating efforts from various departments to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis, monitoring and controlling test yield for all stations.
• Provide onsite tier 1 support for tests validation, test infrastructures, tests setup, and station troubleshooting.
• Introduce and train new tests to the CM engineering team.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience in hardware design/system, failure analysis/debugging/architecture, or product engineering.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes of electronic products.
• Proficiency with lab equipment, lab setups, and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to stay updated with new technologies and FA methodologies.
• Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a test engineer or product engineer.
• Experience in board design/system.
• Familiarity with ICT/JTAG, reliability tests like Burn In, HASS, and ATE functional tests.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and programming languages such as Perl/Python.
