Product Manager, Platform

We are seeking a Product Manager, Platform to join our team.

You will understand the needs of the teams that use our platforms and the customers who depend on them. Using product data, operational feedback, and recurring quality issues, you will identify the highest-impact problems and solve them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Turning recurring needs into shared services, tools, and workflows that reduce duplicated work.
• Working directly with product, engineering, and operational teams to understand their workflows, identify recurring problems, and anticipate the capabilities they will need next.
• Prioritizing platform investments across new product enablement, reliability, efficiency, and technical debt.
• Defining and tracking success through business impact, reliability, cost to serve, and reduced manual work.
• Partnering closely with engineering on technical tradeoffs, build-versus-buy decisions, and rollout plans.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience owning product strategy and execution on technical products and platforms.
• Strong technical fluency, with the ability to reason about APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and failure modes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate problems independently and define meaningful metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to align teams around priorities and make difficult decisions.
• High ownership and sound judgment in a fast-moving environment.

In terms of compensation, we offer a range of $230K - $330K, plus equity.
